What are your candles made of? All of our candles are made from 100% US grown soy wax. 

What type of wicks are used? All of our wicks are lead free. We use braided hemp, braided cotton and FSC certified wood wicks.

Are your scents safe? Yes! We use the highest quality oils available! All made entirely in the US. Every oil we use is free from carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins and acute toxins. Every component is also phthalate free and petroleum free. 

What is the burn time for candles? We have carefully tested each of our wicks for each size to ensure maximum burn time. burn times are as follows:

  • 8 oz. Status Jar Approx. 40-50 hours
  • 2 oz. Travel Tin Approx. 10 hours
  • Wax Melts provide about 30 days worth of continuous scent

Are Gracie Moo Products vegan? Yes. 

How long after I order will my items ship? For most standard orders we will ship within 2 business days. Gracie Moo Candles will update you via email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Does Gracie Moo Candles do custom orders for gifts or party favors? Yes. We have done several events such as weddings and showers and they're always so much fun to create. Contact us and we'll work with you to create a truly unique candle for your event.

How do I get the most life out of my candle? The first time that you burn your Gracie Moo Candle be sure to give yourself at least 2 hours to burn your candle. By allowing enough time for the wax pool to develop and reach the edge of the glass at about a quarter inch in depth you're setting the memory for every consecutive lighting. Failure to let the wax pool develop could lead to tunneling. 

Does Gracie Moo Candles stand behind their products? Yes! Every care has been taken to ensure that your candle is of the highest quality to maximize your enjoyment. However, our candles are handmade and occasionally will have defects unseen until lit. Although these are very rare, we will work with you to rectify any and all issues.
